The clean way to track your action figure collection
A carded vintage Star Wars figure and a loose one are two very different things, and a spreadsheet treats them the same. Frame keeps every figure on record: name, line, maker, year, scale, and sealed status, paid against current market. Filter to your MOC pieces. Sort by line. Know which loose figures are missing the one accessory that doubles their value.
Built for how action figures are actually tracked.
Figure value turns on the line, the year, and whether it's sealed. Line and Maker identify the figure (a Kenner Star Wars Stormtrooper and a modern Hasbro one share a name and little else), Year dates the release, and Sealed status — MOC, MIB, or loose — can swing value by multiples. Scale keeps 3.75", 5.5", and 6" lines from blurring together, and Paid vs. Est. value tracks the gain on vintage pieces.

Common questions.
How do I track carded vs. loose figures?+
The Sealed field captures it — MOC (mint on card), MIB (mint in box), or Loose. For vintage figures the difference can be multiples, so carded and loose copies of the same figure are separate records and sort cleanly apart.
What about loose figures missing accessories?+
Set Sealed to 'Loose' and use a note or tag for completeness ('complete w/ blaster', 'missing cape'). A complete loose figure can be worth two or three times an incomplete one, so recording the accessories is worth the few seconds.
Can I track grading (AFA, UKG) on sealed figures?+
Yes. Add the grade and grader to the record ('AFA 85', 'UKG 80') in a tag or note. Graded MOC figures sort alongside ungraded ones, so you can see your slabbed pieces and your raw carded figures together.
How do I value vintage figures?+
Recent eBay sold listings are the standard reference — sold, not asking, and condition-matched. Enter the figure, attach a comp as a note, and refresh when a property gets a new movie or show that moves demand.
Will my insurer accept Frame's export?+
Yes. The PDF lists every figure, its line, condition, and value with photos attached — accepted by most carriers as the basis for a scheduled-items rider. For high-value MOC or graded pieces, the photos and per-figure valuations are the proof an adjuster wants.
