Terms of Service
Plain language. No surprises. These terms govern your use of Frame.

01 — The service
What Frame provides
Frame is a structured inventory and asset management system. You create collections, define columns, add items with metadata, attach documents and images, and export your data as PDF or CSV.
Frame also offers AI-assisted data entry — upload a photo and Frame extracts details like make, model, serial number, and estimated value.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Frame. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
02 — Your account
You are responsible for your account
Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
One account per person. Do not share your login or create multiple accounts.
03 — Subscription & billing
Simple pricing, no surprises
Frame costs $12 per month or $120 per year. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period. After that, your account becomes read-only — you can still log in and export your data, but you cannot add or edit items.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Enterprise customers may have separate billing terms outlined in their agreement.
04 — Your content
Your data belongs to you
Everything you add to Frame — items, images, documents, metadata, notes — belongs to you. Frame does not claim ownership of your content.
By using Frame, you grant us a limited license to host, display, process, and back up your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. This license ends when you delete your account.
You can export all your data at any time using Frame's built-in PDF and CSV export. Your data is yours to take.
You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of what you upload. Do not upload content you do not have the right to store.
05 — AI features
AI is a tool, not a guarantee
Frame uses AI to extract information from images you upload — such as make, model, serial number, and estimated value. This is meant to save time, not replace verification.
AI-generated data may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any information Frame auto-fills. Do not rely on AI-generated valuations for insurance claims, legal proceedings, or financial decisions without independent verification.
06 — Acceptable use
Use Frame as intended
Frame is built for organizing and managing personal property and documents. You agree not to:
- — Store illegal content or use Frame to facilitate illegal activity
- — Abuse view-only sharing links to distribute harmful content
- — Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with Frame's infrastructure
- — Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- — Resell or sublicense access to Frame
07 — Liability
Frame is not an insurance or appraisal service
Frame helps you organize information about what you own. It does not provide insurance, appraisals, legal advice, or financial guidance.
Valuations displayed in Frame — whether entered manually or generated by AI — are estimates, not professional appraisals. Always verify important data independently before using it for claims, disputes, or legal matters.
Frame is provided as-is. We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or zero data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Frame in the twelve months preceding any claim.
08 — Termination
You can leave anytime
You can cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. Before deletion, you will have the opportunity to export all of your data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we do, we will notify you and provide a reasonable window to export your data unless the violation is severe enough to require immediate action.
09 — Changes
We may update these terms
If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Frame after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
